Nokia to offer Free Navigation Globally

Nokia announced today, that they would be offering free turn-by-turn navigation on its smartphones across 74 in 46 languages, with detailed maps of 180 countries. The free turn-by-turn navigation trend was started by Google with the Motorola Droid device. Unlike Google’s navigation service, which required an active data connection, Nokia says that the service would be capable of operating offline all the time.
